How website inquiry information is handled
This factual notice is prepared for business and legal review before it is used as an advertising-form privacy policy.
When someone submits a website inquiry, MD Billing receives the contact and practice information entered so the team can respond and prepare a relevant revenue-cycle conversation.
- Inquiry delivery. The website sends the submitted fields to MD Billing's email-delivery service and stores a local browser backup if delivery fails.
- Newsletter choice. Mailchimp receives an email address and first name only when the separate, optional newsletter checkbox is selected. Double opt-in confirmation is required.
- Analytics separation. PostHog, Meta, LinkedIn, and any future GA4 integration receive scrubbed event facts only, not form values or assessment results.
- Patient information. The public website is not intended to receive patient information, clinical records, claim files, or protected health information.
